Manifesting Abundance is based on the Natural Law of Attraction. We attract everything into our life, such as, money, relationships, health and work-related opportunities based on our thoughts, feelings and actions.

The Peace Pilgrim, was a silver haired woman who walked 25,000 miles from 1953 to 1981 in the name of peace. She vowed to “remain a wanderer until mankind has learned the way of peace, walking until given shelter and fasting until given food.” She said:


”Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.”

As Spiritual Beings, we understand that all of our thoughts, feelings and actions consist of vibrational energy. Positive experiences, such as love, happiness and compassion are higher vibrational energies. Negative experiences, such as fear, anger and boredom are lower vibrational energies. Therefore, the key to manifesting abundance is to align ourselves with higher vibrational energies.

Focus on What You Want with strong positive emotions. Energy goes were attention flows. Visualize what you want and see your wish already fulfilled. Be happy in the knowing that you can attract whatever you desire.

We are not talking about an occasional thought like, “I would like to have a million dollars – but you don’t really believe it. Manifesting abundance is about our greatest desires which are thought about continuously with the strongest of mental images, emotions and acted upon in every possible way. Scientific Evidence Say It’s True!

The Placebo Effect illustrates how our mind can influence future events. Since 1955, science has been documenting cases of spontaneous remissions of pain, healed ulcers, eased nausea and even warts eliminated. Health improvements take place simply because of a strong belief in its possibility.

Lynne McTaggart, an award-winning journalist and author of “The Intention Experiment: Using Your Thoughts to Change Your Life and the World” states:

“Our bodies do not distinguish between a chemical process and the thought of a chemical process. Indeed, a recent analysis of 46,000 heart patients, half of whom were taking a placebo, revealed that patients fared equally well on the placebo as on the heart drug. The only factor determining their survival seemed to be a belief that the therapy would work and a willingness to follow it religiously.”

Try This 10 Step Plan At Home

1. Take three deep breaths. Imagine that air flows in through your heart and flows out through your feet to the Earth.

2. Remain quiet and continue breathing as you observe each breath.

3. Use the same method to observe your mind. Look at your thoughts without judging and let them pass by. Remember, you have thoughts, BUT you are NOT your thoughts.

4. Make contact with your inner quiet place, a place of peace where you are free and strong.

5. Formulate your wish or intention. Make it as specific and detailed as possible.

6. Picture yourself on your way to success. Mentally rehearse each step in detail, concentrate on the difficult moments and make each action perfect. Use all your senses to summon and experience this new reality. See, hear, smell, taste and feel yourself in the desired situation.

7. Imagine yourself in a situation in which your wish has been fulfilled. Congratulate yourself on your victory.

8. Tune into the abundance of the universe. Know that you are carried by a larger force that stands by you and guides you. Repeat this process and experience the desired situation again and again until you feel a rock-solid trust. Believe in yourself.

9. Tell yourself, “My wish has already been fulfilled, my goal has already been achieved, it has already happened.” Don’t doubt yourself or doubt the help you will receive!

10. Smile and be grateful. Let go of your desire and relax in the knowledge that everything will come to you at the right time and in the right form.
